The Magister is unseen but he is heard and felt throughout the Land and her People. He is the Land and People, The people and the land are one! The Magister is their Voice!

The Office is based on accounts of Tribal Elders who would be an advisory and counselling voice on decisions made by the tribe, and with some inspiration from Plato’s so called ‘Philosopher kings’. This role can be equated to a Speaker of the House, not only is the magister the voice but can be seen as a public figure to express the needs of people in a huge public way and it feeds into the cultural and spiritual aspect of society.

The ideology of the Magister is the fundamental idea of a Supreme Leader in occultation, Hidden from the public but is felt all over the maze of society.

The Magister over sees the Folksmoots of Ingland, all it’s meetings. he holds the power of Crown, He is the State and the State is him. Is it an elected position, is it heredity? No one knows, expect the Magister and the inner council…

The Magister is seen publicly, During rallies, speeches and cultural events & festivities. He is seen on Television, Broadcasted on the streets but the face is always obscured. This is to symbolise that the Magister is everyone & no one.

The Magister only serves the people, for the sole function of the State is to serve, the State is the technic of the body of society, it must justify to the masses by it exists.
